(More customer reviews)I'm in real estate and have used this product for years. It is a great, low cost product which works well for measuring the interior room sizes of houses. This product claims to have a two year warranty, but when I mailed in the warranty card, it came back as undeliverable. I called the manufacturer and they said they'd have to get back with me. I never heard back from them. So, if you buy it, just assume there is no warranty.
