(More customer reviews)I had an Empire Level 6100 measuring tape when I worked for the State of Oregon and had to measure facilities and determine the square footage on a regular basis. This tape was perfect as it is 100 feet long and easy to roll up with the handle placement.
I left State employment and had to leave the tape behind.
A couple years passed and they called me back to work. I asked for my Empire tape measure back but the person who initially took my place would not give it up! So I went on-line and bought another one. I am just as happy as I was initially with it. Works wonderfully and is doesn't cut you like those steel ones!
