(More customer reviews)Purchased 12/09 and worked OK for 8 months. The problem arose when it stopped working - wouldn't read anything but Zeros. I inquired of both Igaging and Quint about warranty and/or repair and got nothing but silence for my trouble. Guess it's a throwaway, and I'm headed to Sears to get one with a guarantee.

Check plumb and level using the traditional bubble vials, and measure slope angles in degrees and percentages using the digital functions. You can also measure the relative slope angles and the built-in laser projects level and plumb lines as well as angle settings onto surrounding surfaces. Accuracy is +/- 0.1 degree. Calibrations are simple to perform and require no other measuring instruments. Strong magnets are inserted into the bottom edge for additional convenience and stability. Dual end caps are provided for extreme shock resistance.
