- Easy display mounting via magnets (may need to be reglued), or clip bracket.
- Came with two sets of CR2032 batteries.
- Bar is made of aluminum, which is good and bad. Nice thing is it should be easy to cut down to a shorter length (as of now the 12" is cheaper than 6").
Cons:
- Display turns off after only ~2 minutes idle, then you have to press ON again (can't just move the axis like some handhelds).
- Display is on the smaller side (~1cm character height)
The cons are minor for most people considering the price. You cant beat the value and convenience this remote readout provides.

This digital readout kit can be adapted to a number of woodworking machines, including router lifts, router tables, planers, shapers and table saws. It has a remote display connected with a 52" cord that can be disconnected for easy installation and access. The large, easy to read display reads in inches with fractions (1/64") or millimeters. Decimal inches are displayed in .001" increments and millimeters in .05mm increments. The readout can be easily installed using magnets, double face tape, or screws. Vertical and horizontal slider mounting hardware is included.
