(More customer reviews)This is a solid well-made instrument that is a delight to own. Surfaces are ground perfectly, repeatability and accuracy are excellent. Sure it is possible to quibble: there are few grey flecks on the dial, and the attachment of the retainer for the end of the slider looks like it *might* be less than perfect (maybe in a few years it *might* be a problem). But for the same price as the plastic junk at the local home store, this all-steel instrument is an excellent choice.
