(More customer reviews)I have been a real estate appraiser for over 25 years. I have used a 50' metal tape every day of my career. I have tried several different brands. Lufkin is far superior is quality, the hook doesn't bend or break, durabiligy of the working parts, and in the long lasting readability of the printing on the tape. The painted numbers on other brands wears off quite quickly. It is compact and light weight, I carry it in my pocket. It is simply the best 50' tape on the market.
