(More customer reviews)I am a Real Estate Appraiser and use these tapes everyday. Easy to operate and easy to clean, if you get mud and such on tape. The only problem is the end cap that has a pointed tip. This is to catch a corner and pull the tape across for measuring. It will grab you too if not carful. Also the end portion will eventually tear and break off. I will use about two or three of these a year. This is by far the best tape for my profession.
