(More customer reviews)These are a good basic tool where fine precision is not critical as the joints do not lock open. These are fine for uses such as mine where my measuring tools are subject to breakage as they do the measuring but the price allows for the ocasional breakage without breaking the wallet. They were recieved in a timely manor.
